The first Housing Summit Conference was held in April 2005 and attracted more than 400 participants. Each year has seen a steady increase in attendees as well regional and state participation.
The NWIHSC is staffed by a volunteer steering committee comprised of individuals from around the region who represent a variety of municipal entities, advocacy groups, non-profit service providers, universities, financial institutions and housing industry practitioners.
The Northwest Indiana Housing Summit Conference is a vehicle designed to provide information exchange, technical assistance and training opportunities for consumers and providers of homelessness and affordable/fair housing services. Practitioners are drawn from many segments of the housing industry to increase awareness and promote understanding of practices and policies that impact affordable/fair housing in Northwest Indiana.
The Mansion-Level Sponsor Package
$5,000 contribution
*Corporate sponsorship secures a table with your company's name that seats 10 guest for lunch and the keynote speaker (s)
A Mansion-Level Sponsor for the NWI Housing Summit Conference provides a cash donation of $5,000. As a Mansion Sponsor, your company has exclusive opportunities for promotion at the conference. Benefits provided to a Mansion-Level Sponsor are listed below and include unique benefits offered only at this level.
Company name/logo on conference printed materials on the day of the event:
* Conference Programs
* Conference banner
* Event posters, and other collateral materials
In addition to printed items, the following benefits are offered at this level:
* Your company name and logo on a continuous flashing message on the indoor Jumbo Tron at the Radisson Hotel at Star Plaza
* Logo on the conference website with appropriate link back to your company site (5,000+ hits projected)
* Identification as a Mansion-Level Sponsor in print advertisements for local newspapers, municipal magazines, community-based newspapers/newsletters and business publications in Northwest Indiana.
* Opportunity to provide product sampling/promotional give-away opportunities at the conference
* Opportunity for premium vendor display placement in the vendor/exhibitor hall
*Recognition as a Mansion Sponsor at all pre/post conference events (press conferences, radio/television appearances, special events, etc.)

$2,500 contribution
